What can be returned?
To be eligible for a refund, you must have made a complaint to Babs Market on the day of delivery and provided picture or video evidence of the unsatisfactory order.
- Damaged, spoilt, or expired products (must be reported within six (6) hours of delivery).
- Perishable Food Items including fresh tomatoes, fresh peppers, meat, fish, fruits and vegetables that are spoilt on arriver.
How to Request a Return
- Contact customer service within 6 hours of delivery.
- Share your order id and supporting picture or video evidence of the unsatisfactory items to be returned.
Refund Method
After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds are processed to your original payment method or bank account within 3–5 business days. Note that bank refunds are made within 48 hours after we have confirmed your bank account number. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If the food item delivered is inadequate, we will only refund the amount to that particular food item to your bank account.
Non-Returnable Items
- Fresh groceries that were accepted upon delivery.
- Complaints made after 6 hours of delivery.
- Perishables not stored properly by the customer post-delivery.
- Missed order due to not being available on arrival.
- Eggs
- Packaged products
- Sealed products
